Revion — Effective as of July 21, 2026
Welcome to Revion. These Terms of Service (the "Terms") set out the conditions for using shoprevion.com (the "Site") and any goods bought there (the "Services"). By browsing or shopping on the Site, you accept these Terms. If you don't, please stop using the Site.
1. About Revion
Revion sells physical goods online through shoprevion.com. These Terms cover every visitor, shopper, and user of the Site.
2. Who May Use the Site
Anyone can browse, no age check required. But placing an order confirms you're old enough to form a binding contract, or that a parent/guardian has signed off if you're not. Following the laws of your own location while using the Site is your responsibility.
3. Accounts and Orders
No account needed — every purchase runs through guest checkout. You must supply accurate, up-to-date, complete details (shipping address, contact info, payment method) when ordering. Revion won't be held responsible for delivery issues caused by wrong information entered at checkout.
4. Products and Pricing
Descriptions, photos, and prices can be updated anytime without prior notice. We aim for accuracy in colors, sizing, and specs, but can't guarantee every detail is perfectly correct or current.
If a pricing mistake happens, Revion can cancel any order tied to that wrong price — confirmed or not.
We may also limit order quantities, decline service, or cancel orders at our discretion, particularly where fraud or listing errors are suspected.
5. Payment
Full payment is collected when you order, through one of the checkout-approved methods. Submitting payment info means you confirm you're allowed to use that method.
6. Shipping
Shipping fees and delivery estimates show up at checkout. Revion isn't liable for delays from carriers, customs, weather, or anything else beyond our reasonable control. Once your order reaches the shipping carrier, ownership and risk of loss shift to you, unless local law states otherwise.
7. Returns and Refunds
Our separate Return and Refund Policy (posted at shoprevion.com) governs all returns and refunds, and is folded into these Terms by reference.
8. Intellectual Property
All Site content — text, images, logos, graphics, software — is owned by Revion or our licensors and protected under applicable IP laws. Copying, distributing, modifying, or creating derivative works from it requires our prior written permission.
9. Rules of Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for anything illegal or in breach of these Terms
- Attempt unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems
- Disrupt or interfere with the Site's operation
- Deploy bots or scrapers to access the Site without permission
- Provide false or misleading order information
Breaking these rules may result in suspended or terminated access.
10. No Warranties
The Site and its products come "as is" and "as available." As far as the law allows, Revion disclaims all warranties — express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't promise the Site will always run without interruption, securely, or error-free.
11. Limitation of Liability
As far as the law allows, Revion and its officers, staff, and affiliates aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages connected to your use of the Site or products, even if warned such damages might occur. Our total liability under these Terms is capped at what you paid for the product(s) in question.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold harmless Revion, its officers, staff, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) tied to your use of the Site, your breach of these Terms, or your infringement of someone else's rights.
13. Dispute Resolution — Binding Arbitration
Read this part carefully — it affects your legal rights.
Any dispute, claim, or disagreement tied to these Terms, your use of the Site, or purchased products (a "Dispute") gets resolved through binding arbitration instead of court, except either party may still file an individual claim in small claims court where it qualifies.
- A recognized arbitration body (like the American Arbitration Association) will administer the arbitration under its own rules.
- It will happen in the county where Revion's main place of business sits in Florida, another mutually agreed spot, or remotely/in writing where allowed.
- Class Action Waiver: You and Revion agree every Dispute is handled individually — not as a class, collective, or representative action. You give up any right to join a class-action suit or class-wide arbitration.
- Nothing here stops either side from pursuing injunctive or equitable relief for disputes involving IP infringement or unauthorized Site access.
14. Governing Law
These Terms follow the laws of the State of Florida and relevant U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
15. Updates to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Any update gets posted here with a new "Effective Date." Using the Site after an update means you accept the new Terms.
16. Severability
Should any part of these Terms be ruled unenforceable or invalid, that part gets trimmed or removed only as much as necessary, with the rest remaining in force.
