Return and Refund Policy

Revion — Effective as of July 21, 2026

We want you to love your purchase from Revion. If something's not right, we've got you covered.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are:

- Unused and in the same condition you received them
- Still in original packaging
- Backed by proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email)

Some items aren't eligible for return, including:

- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Items marked non-returnable at time of purchase

2. Starting a Return

Email support@shoprevion.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll send back instructions plus a prepaid return label.

Return shipping is free — Revion covers the cost for every eligible return, no charge to you.

Please wait for our go-ahead before sending anything back — returns sent without prior authorization risk being refused.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and check your returned item, we'll let you know if your refund is approved or declined.

- Approved refunds return to your original payment method.
- Expect 5–10 business days for the funds to land, depending on your bank or card issuer.
- Original shipping charges aren't refundable, except when the item was defective, damaged, or wrong.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Received something damaged, defective, or not what you ordered? Contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@shoprevion.com with your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll arrange a free return and give you a full refund or replacement, your choice.

5. Delayed or Missing Refunds

No refund yet? Check your bank account first, then contact your card issuer or bank, since processing times vary. Still nothing? Email support@shoprevion.com.

6. Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges right now. Want a different size, color, or item? Return the original for a refund and place a new order.
